Meet Kristi Layne

Kristi Layne is a Licensed Esthetician, Electrologist, and Laser Technician with an undergraduate degree in Microbiology and a Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management. She founded Empower Esthetics in 2023, inspired by her passion for results-driven, preventative and corrective skincare, and her commitment to educating and empowering every client she serves.

Kristi began her journey in 2012 in dermatology, where she developed a deep understanding of skin function and common concerns such as acne, aging, pigmentation, and barrier dysfunction, as well as traditional approaches to treating those concerns. Her experience in clinical settings, combined with her strong educational foundation allows her to approach the skin with both precision and intention, while working with the body’s natural healing processes to restore balance and achieve optimal skin health from within.

Guided by her philosophy, “Transforming Skin, Empowering Souls,” Kristi utilizes her extensive knowledge of ingredients, modalities, and advanced treatments to create customized, results-driven plans for long-term results, rather than quick fixes - All while guiding her clients to approach their skin with patience, grace, and a deeper sense of self-love and acceptance. She works with individuals and families of all ages, skin types, concerns, and ethnic backgrounds, creating a space where every client feels safe, seen, and supported.
